Trained at a ‘new to me” location of my previous (closed) gym. Had some decent stuff, I’ll probably train there a couple days a week going forward.
Bench press x 5 sets Seated military x 5 sets Flyes x 4 sets Rear delt flyes x 4 sets Decline bench x 5 sets Barbell shrugs x 4 sets Legs and arms manana. |

Reverse hamstring curls x 5 sets One legged leg press x 5 sets Cambered bar curls x 5 sets Preacher curls x 4 sets Skullcrushers x 5 sets French press x 4 sets Tomorrow will be a much needed off day. ;) |

Rowed heavy the last 2 back days so I did mostly cables and supersets today. Crazy pump.

The gym in my hotel is open. Gonna bring some work out clothes when I get a weekend trip home. Been doing push-ups to do something.

Heavy day. Have I mentioned that my heavy days now are not my heavy days of a couple years ago? :r Still heavier than most of the kids at the gyms, just not 2018 heavy. :D
