Maybe the 215 once, killed you? Might want to try warming up on treadmill some and do the same routine sans the 215. I bet you can taste the 2 plates a side!

Klller back workout today. Supersetted heavy T-bar rows with moderate weight bent over rows, then bodyweight pullups. Heavy cable rows, dumbbell rows, and one last superset going heavy on the bent over rows and moderate on the T-bar.

Only thing that could have made it better would have been samples from geRRy. :D

Tried a new PWO today, Beast. It was pretty good actually.

Killed it with arms and abs today. My whole body is sore, haven't been like this in a while. Feels good though.

Hi geRRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know you see this!

Question:

What recommendation(s) do you have for a good fat burning supplement that has been working for you (besides diet)?

Are you looking to work out as well or have you been working out? In all honesty Mark. I don't recommend taking anything, but that's just me. I'm a firm believer in a clean diet and exercise, and you should see results in no time. Less calories in and more calories out will help with your weight (if that's your goal). I started around 220 and dropped about 45lb in less than 8 months, with proper nutrition and training.

Again, this is me and this is what worked best for me. One thing you have to remember about dieting and getting back in shape is, it's a process and you just have to be patient with it. Your body will not change over night. Hope that's any sort of help to you.

I think geRRy hates you, Tom. He gave me soooo many PWO samples and even gave me a couple bottles of jack3d. He told me not to tell you because he didn't want to hurt your feelings. :=:

Decided to give the gym a shot tonight with a very light, rather super light workout. Lower back appears to be okay, no spasms. Sorry geRRy no yoga yet.

Hey geRRy, can Tom And Huy get some samples?

Good to hear your back held up, Jay...hope it keeps getting better, Brother.

Off day for me, back workout on deck for tomorrow.

geRRy, now even other countries are chiming in for the Great Sample Tradegy of 2012. We miss you, geRRy, come back to your namesake thread....

Thanks for the feedback Huy. I'm gonna be getting back into my upper body workout once again. I walk 7 days a week early in the AM with my dog. We generally head out just before 0500 for a 50 minute walk. This is one thing that has helped keep my weight down (that is at 240 lbs). I do agree with you, diet is key, low calorie count, staying hydrated, exercise, and patients. My goal is to reduce my weight down to a 195 lbs. So, onwards we go...:tu

Did chest again today, twice this week. Don't know if I like that... wasn't my idea, just went along with it.

Wow, I have not been in this thread for ages!!! It is a alive and kicking! Tom and Gerry going at it again ;) I am so pissed off right now. I was running 3-6 miles every other day and one night my knee swell up like a balloon. I saw my orthopedic earlier this week and I tore my meniscus (sp?). So off to surgery on Dec 5th. I guess as I recover I will get my lazy arse into the gym and pump some iron (dumbells--core-focused). Have a great day friends.

Sorry to hear about the injury, Brent, hope you have a quick revovery after surgery.

My gym finally got bumper plates so I signed up with one of the trainers to do olympic lifting. There's a competition in Lansing normally around April. I'm thinking about entering when the dates come out.
