I had a duodenal switch (say RNY+) and I can still smoke, actually, 3 weeks after my surgery I asked the surgeon when I could smoke a cigar again, his reply "if you haven't done that since the surgery, go home and light one"

Hello All.. Update from me.. My 2015 December issue Feature in Train Magazine. Check it out! Phase #2 Complete.. Next step is to step on a stage for a bodybuilding competition this november.

Thanks for all the positive energy guys! I judt had a tummy tuck to remove some skin. Had two months gym free,but now i am back and ready to prep for the stage! Cant wait!
