Not a good sign when she is boring when doing intensive physical activities, Pete. :r

Chest, Back, shoulders...I tried incorporating 21's into other exercises but in reality I'm just doing 21reps since the range of motion on chest is minimal. Damn you short arms!! :(

Back and shoulders this morning. Pull-ups, press and row. Good times, today was the first time in my life I'd ever done an actual pull-up.

Funny thing is, with all the college and Junior players back for the summer, it really does feel like playing with kids a lot of the time. :r

I need to get into a hockey league around here.. Still need to buy a stick, elbow pads, and knee/shin pads. Borrowed stuff from a few friends to play some pickup. I need to gain some skills. Had fun but my lack of trusting my edges really puts me at a disadvantage :r

No gym for me today :td 12 hour shift. However it might be a blessing because the tendonitis in my shoulder has flared up the past few days so it could be good.

Hope everyone had a productive weekend. Spin for me on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, then legs this morning - Deads and Squats.

Good one for me too, Pete, a few good workouts and a couple hard core hockey games.

Nothing like getting that fresh full body sore feeling the day after your first gym session in a month.

Chest and arms on tuesday, then back and shoulders today. Hang cleans, pullups, press and rows and I was dead. Didn't have the energy to finish my last set of rows.

Frank, was discussing the consumer reports article you posted a couple weeks ago with someone here at work. He sent me this, which I think raises some very valid questions.

This blog also links to the cytosport press release on the topic, as well as a few other companies that responded to the report.
