At some point you will and you'll wonder how the heck you were living before. You have a big task ahead of you, but looking at your chart should be motivation that it's working.

Yea... I'll say that the chart actually means a lot more and in my opinion more helpful then the numbers alone...

You will. It takes time since you see the subtle changes every day, so you notice it less. It took me a while to see the changes. Now I look in the mirror and sometimes still can't believe it where I started from.

Are you taking measurements? You'll want know where and how many inches you are losing.

Keep it Rob! To Earl's point, youll be 100lbs lighter in no time. Im personally down 82lbs in 10 months and have only 5lbs down to my 180lb goal.

190 is what the chart I have says is acceptable for my height (6'5") and age (27)...

Figured I'd revive an old thread. See if anyone had updates.

Me, after getting down to 183 awhile back, I have pretty much maintained around 187-192. Wasn't liking that I was hovering closer to the high end over the winter. Not sure what's kicked it back into high gear, maybe the planking, but slowly been dropping the lbs. back down to 183, with a goal of sub 180.
