Ferdie, i have read that from several different places as well.. And also its not good for the body (loose skin, dehydration, etc). im not expecting much until i get to the gym.. i cant wait
And ive been getting 80-90 grams of protein in every day, and ive been drinking enough fluids.. its not easy though, but gotta do it! |

Congratulations and good luck. Look at this as a marathon and not a sprint, don't try to lose the weight too quickly. The more gradually you lose it, the more likely you will be to keep it off.

Thanks man. Yeah that was the hardest part; uncertainty. Its scary knowing everything is going to change but so far i dont regret it for a second
