IWD My hams were a little sore from yesterday so I didn't hit them too hard. Fronts - lots of sets but ended up doing 3x3 for my heavy sets. BB Bulgarian split squats Single leg press Leg extensions with negative reps Same as you but without the nasty mashed sweet taters. Burger and lots of fries since Mason couldn't finish his. Ice cream too :) I needed a nice refeed meal. |

Insomnia last night after hockey, didn't fall asleep 'til well after 4, so wasn't up for the gym at 9. Sucks because I can't get back to the gym until Sunday now. Glad I don't have the insomnia too often.

Most likely taking tomorrow off, been a solid 7 days.
Back today and arms today. Bent over 2-DB rows - prefer these over BB rows. Get a better contractions over BB. I do these as if I'm gripping a BB rather than a regular DB row. Wide grip pull downs - rear delt flies Reverse grip pull downs - just 2 sets, negative sets 10-12 seconds. Curls and lots of them, sorta. |

Chest Sunday....strongest I've been since the crash. I didn't say "strong", just stronger than I have been.
Back today, finally didn't have the stations to superset, so just hit heavy T-bars, heavy barbell rows, heavy cable rows and some dead hangs. Two good days in a row. Shoulders tomorrow, that should end that streak. :lr |

Two days off, enjoyed foods but also was good while at it. So two days off, felt pretty fresh so anything was up in the air. Just wasn't in the mood to hit anything in particular, what better to get out of that mood with heavy legs. Chest day, strength felt great today. My usual 16-18 intermittent fast, powered by some hippie acai bowls (I usually eat a meal).
Took incline for a 225 ride for working sets. Incline bb Hammer strength ISO presses Flat DB press Seated cable flies - cable press Dips Did some quick triceps as well. Another night of tamales. :) |

Very nice, even though I have no clue how you endure the fasts.
Shoulder day (and tris too) went pretty well, I didn't jinx myself. Wish hockey had gone as well. :lr |

I could only do it 5/7 a week.
Back day. Watched Mike Mentzers seminar last night on his philosophy of training. Gave me some ideas on today's training. It was different but I think I was more tuned in since I only had 1 working set (similar to Yates). Reverse grip pull down DB row Standing hammer strength row Seated reverse grip rows Hit some biceps too, I wanted a bit more volume on these though. :) |

Legs today. Kept it simple. Lotsa sets and ****.
Front skwaats - a lot, maybe 10+ sets Bb lunges - f these. Seated leg curls - negatives Think I did some calves for shiz and giggles. Hitting chest/back tomorrow before Xmas. |

ICD went well, finally getting stronger again, always seems to be the last body part to "come back". Going to take an extra day off tomorrow as I am working. Back in the gym Sunday AM to earn my Xmas dinner. |

Back to the supersets for back today. Pyramided the weights and cut the rest time substantially.
Barbell rows/ T-bar rows 225-275/205-250 Cable rows wide grip 220-260, close grip 200-260 Chin ups Merry Xmas, Huy and the rest of the lift crew. :ze |
