So, I'm curious, what exactly is a meal replacement?

Congratulations on your success, so far! It's a heck of a thing! Good luck with all your future goals, you've gotten past the hardest part. Everything else will come easier!

A screeching halt?! C'mon brother, you've lost a TON of weight. You can't possibly let yourself get down if you plateau for a minute. You are killin' it, Ronnie. :banger

I saw this thread when you first posted it Ron and haven't seen it in a long time as I haven't been as active with all that I had going on for a couple months. The accomplishment is awesome and you are looking great man.

you are right.. it just gets frustrating.. i actually gained like 1.5lbs, and then it seemed like it took forever to get it back to 226. lol.. but its ok. i cant let the "numbers game" kill me..

i guess its because im SO close to my goal.. other then that, im winning the war.. thanks for the encouragement guys!
