The best breakfast meat in the South . Fried Livermush . I could eat 2 livermush egg and cheese sam-itches right now .

Pennsyltucky scrapple is similar to livermush, but does not have the punch. Think of the difference between Dominican and Nicaraguan cigars to get some idea.

God, I'd love me a pound or three of livermush about now. Fry 'er up, squirt some yeller mustard on 'er, slap it 'tween a coupla slices of Merita - that's good eatin'.

Livermush has a bunch of pepper and spice to it - which is why you want it on bland white bread.
