I love these home rolling threads. Every time I see them I almost dig out my leaves. I have some dating back to the mid 90's and a lot from early 2000's just waitin' to be rolled up.

BTW, nice looking work. How do the plastic/poly molds work vs the wooden for you? I have heard from one person years ago they are a bit more finicky to use and he had to really watch his moister content of the leaves when bunching. I always thought he was over thinking things.

The "E" was just to help me signify the wrapper. They should be good to go.

Pyro- he was over thinking things. Plastic is far superior than wood. Most manufacturers have switched.

Even though plastic does not absorb some moisture. It consistently makes uniform cigars. Wood over time will either wear down or expand from moisture. Wood can also crack after time requiring you to replace the mold. I can remove the same amount of moisture by letting the unfinished cigars sit out for 5 minutes after the pressing portion. Old school likes wood, new school likes plastic for longevity and uniform output.

So I decided to give it a try as I prepare for my sermon for next Sunday. So far everything is good except the draw is a lot tighter than I would prefer. I cut it two days ago and it was tight so I have let it set for the past two days. Not a whole lot of improvement but other than the draw it is a great smoke. I love the size.
