Evelio Maduro Cigars?

Steve Saka praises this cigar highly, calling it a "sleeper." Is it any better than the Flor de Oliva maduro?

Never had the FdO's, but been through a couple of boxes of the maduro Evelio's, and they are a nice cigar, for the price. They are in the pinned thread on cheap smokes, somewhere.

I've never had one, but the first thing I'd do after I got a hold of some is strip those bands off.
