Peterson University Flake, I'm not sure what happened. This bowl would not say lit and there was a ton of tar left in the bottom. Odd. Maybe the tobacco was too wet?

I have done either way. I would loosen the tin top or just put the baggie in. The baggies seem to breath. It does dry the tobac pretty quickly so check it daily.

I had some spectre while watering the grass. It was quite enjoyable and had a unique flavor I had not come across yet. I guess it mostly has to do with this being about bowl number 9 for me. :-)

Escudo in a beat down, sad looking cob this morning.

Rich, Peterson Flakes definitely need a little air time. Also, if you are limited on time, just be sure to fully rub the flake out as it's pretty solid. The stringier you get it, the easier it lights.

Autumn Evening in an old cob. The temp was cool all day in the low 70's! What a treat that was. Tomorrow should be low 80's and just as awesome. Ahhh!

Fired up a bowl of Aniversary Kake to celebrate my new job. This stuff never fails to impress me. I could probably smoke this and only this for life and be a happy camper.

Finally popped my pipe cherry...While apple picking with the family, I enjoyed some Prince Albert in a MM cob. No issues packing, lighting, or smoking. (after plenty of research in the Asylum) I really liked the finish. I kept tasting the flavor long after smoking 2 bowls.

Can't wait to try more pipe/tobacco combinations.

Nice and cool this morning for a change. Autumn evening in a wooden cob was nice. Low 70's is always nice even if not for very long.
