Default Adding a controller to Moist-n-aire humidifier

I've had this issue for a while now. I'm thinking of maybe adding a digital controller to it if possible and trying to bypass its internal controller.

Is this even possible? Has anyone ever experimented with it before?

BTW this is my last avenue of approach before I toss it and purchase something else for active humidification.

Wish I could help, Jay. I have had an active system from Bob Staebell for years and am quite happy with the unit and Bob's customer service.

yes, it can be done. We use our Accumonitor to control large room humidifiers for walkins.

Thanks Tom. I've been debating between an Aristocrat or an Avallo now for some time. Wife has some say on it as well but neither are in the budget right now.

Thanks Ron. Do you sell the controller by itself or does it have to be included in the package?
