I think it is especially sad, though, that people invent stuff that is actually more of a waste of money,
and magnetism for that matter, to do something people have done without effort for centuries. Unless
the system exclusively produces that groovy tiny head on the beer. But what resources won't we throw
at a problem that hardly exists.

It does solve waste problems. Although you're wasting maybe 2-5 cents per beer so it really isn't much of an issue. The device works but realistically you would want more head on the "beer".

I would think for large vendors, reducing waste and improving efficiency of the serving lines, would both translate into big $.
