Default Kristoff Sumatra Robusto Review

Retail $9. - $11.
(5.5" x 54)

Prelight: Sweet cedar, floral notes, spice and cinnamon

1st 1/3
Excellent draw, dry pepper note right off, not oily as some get
full-bodied right now, leather, cannoning already, running hot, some floral notes and some semi sweet spice

2nd 1/3
Still cannoning, had to touch up twice now, dry leather and pepper dominant with some hickory notes

Final 1/3
Dry leather and pepper still dominating.....
Not liking the tar build up, becoming almost unsmokeable, cannoning all the way down
Bitter little bugger, time to put her down
Smoke time 40 min
Score 4 out of 5

What beats it:
Ashton VSG
Casa Magna Gran Toro
Alec Bradley Maxx The Fix
Romeo y Julieta Viejo 'E
Kristoff Maduro Robusto
Joya de Nicaragua Antano 1970
Man O' War Ruination Robusto #2
All AF Aņejo

Good reviews you've done. This helps others choose which may be good to try and others to probably avoid. Have one question... Only been smoking cigars for about 3 years, so my experience is relatively new. I've experienced canoeing with an off burning cigar, but am not familiar with cannoning. What is that?
Thx,
RR

Got it- thanks! Hate when a good cigar starts that. Nafta whip 'em into shape before they get out of control. Keep up the reviews...good info. Off now to try one of the sticks you recommended!
