Very nice, Ben, sounds like a fun trip although it's too bad the secret spot was short...

Yeah, I came across a bottle of ECBP B520 for $49 a few days ago. I already have a bottle missing only one pour, but c'mon! It's 49 bucks.

Ok, I’m not a bourbon connoisseur, aficionado, professional, etc. like some of you. I’ve enjoyed some and have a couple favorites, but I’m a neophyte for sure. Was gifted this bottle today from my coworkers as a going away gift. Just cracked it open and poured a little taste. Damn this is smooth. Definitely doesn’t drink like a 101 proof. Anyone else have experience with this brand?

Never grabbed the Yellowstone, Bob. And with my palate now, probably won't buy much under 110 proof.

Glad you're digging it, a very thoughtful parting gift.

Great stuff! That EHT Small Batch is one of my favorites when you can find it anywhere close to MSRP. Might pour myself one tonight

Agree with Ben, two nice scores Steve.

Show a picture of the Blanton's on FB and watch the taters start begging.

It's sourced from MGP, then aged and blended at Green Brier. Not usually a fan of this type of bourbon, but this one was given to me by a friend that knew I liked "hotter" (this one is 113 proof) bourbons and it's actually pretty good.

113 proof? I was thinking n 126 and 127 when I got today's additions.

I saw EHT for $90 today, is that on par? What should it cost at MSRP? I pass by this place almost daily on my way into work

If it is the regular EHT Small Batch MSRP is around $35, I've paid between $35-$45. If you're talking Straight Rye or Single Barrel $90 is a little over but probably worth it, if it's the small batch I'd find something else. I love the small batch but no way I'd pay 2-3x MSRP for it

Same price range here in NY. Its good stuff, but not $90 good.

Agree with Ben and Bruce, while many stores around here have it near that price, other (less "gougey") stores have it between $35-49.
