It was quite tasty. It had a nice mingling of dark chocolate, coffee, and raisin throughout with just a touch of pepper. I do think it's a bit on the pricey side, though; there are other SA-wrapped maduros that I enjoy as much at more friendly price points.

Enjoyed a Leccia Black Corona (4 x 48) out on the patio this afternoon, while watching this guy invade the hummingbird feeder for sugar water (its a Yellow Hooded Oriole)...

I'm surprised some hummingbirds didn't come to drive him off; they're mean little bastages.

A friend of mine was working in the area about 4 years back, and picked me up a 5er of the robusto. Really enjoyed those sticks!

A. Flores San Andreas Sublime on my front deck. First third gave me sweet cocoa, leather, and hints of fruit. Beautiful looking cigar and so far smokes as good as it looks. Only complaint is it doesn't seem to be rolled that tightly. However the draw is great. Smokes like a chimney too.

2nd third of the cigar the fruitiness and cocoa faded and gave way to spicy burnt wood notes. The final third was more of the same as the cigar built in strength. Only issue was the draw got very tight at the end. Very pleased with this cigar.

Avo Heritage Lancero

Favorably compares to the Island cigars I've smoked, medium flavor and body, spicy, little pepper, finely complex, not a flavor bomb, elegant restraint.
