OH YEAH!!! Max Cardio Interval today. Incredibly, I can say that after doing insanity for over a year now, these workouts are starting to get easy.

Finished Asylum yesterday with the final fit test and I am blown away with the progress I have made! The Asylum was a TOUGH but it was also alot of fun and a nice change of pace from P90X and Insanity I highly recomend it Now I am going to take the rest of the week off to heal up and start a 2 month Hybrid on Monday to get ready for X2

Cardio Power & Resistance today--each week I'm mixing 2 Insanity workouts, 2 P90X workouts, yoga, and one of Tony Horton's 'Warrior' routines (full body circuit training), in preparation for P90X2

Bump...

I just picked this up at Sams Club for just under $180 w/ tax. Seemed like a great deal with the stand included. http://www.samsclub.com/sams/shop/pr...weider%20speed

Time to hit P90X and will follow up with Insanity after that likely.
