Default Bourbon and spice glaze

1 C. Jim Beam
½ C. golden brown sugar
¼ t. fresh ground cloves
¼ t. ground ginger
pinch of cayenne

Combine bourbon and sugar in a saucier or Windsor pan, reduce by half over medium heat.

Stir in the spice and allow to cool.

I'm not sure what you would do with this mix, but it sounds tasty.
