Wink Cuba Aliados Toro

Cuba Aliados Toro... Smooth oily chocolate brown wrapper,6x52,it is a firm and heavy, solid stick.
It has aromas of clean, slightly dry tobaccos, cocoa notes,a well cured tobacco taste, slightly sharp on the tongue.
The first half delivers clean tobacco tastes, chestnuts, woody aromas and light spice notes. There is an earthy, slightly dry lingering finish.
The second half stays evenly rich, picks up notes of leather, the dryness is gone, showing more richness,a slightly sweet tobacco finish, lingering on the palate. The burn needed only one touch up,toward the end the cigar became very intense,no surprise for a large vitola like this.
This was a good smoke, overall enjoyable, not as complex as some, but a good value and solid ,well made cigar.I rate it 6.5 strength,16.5 overall...
