Default Cuesta Rey Toro Robusto

Quick review of a Cuesta Rey Maduro cigar that has been simmering in the wineador for about 9 months. This is a really good cigar! Pre-light aroma of slightly sweet cocoa and earthiness. Torched well with perfectly wide open draw. Burn was flawless throughout the smoke with no touch-ups needed. Flavors shifted between cocoa, leather, cedar and coffee with no irritation or off flavors at any time. The flavor profile was different from other maduros I've had, but quite enjoyable. Very creamy and flavor packed stick with moderate strength. One of the few cigars I've found that was good right to the nub. Sorry to have seen it end. Will definitely be picking up more for regular stock. Highly recommended for a medium bodied, flavor packed cigar.
