Thats the best part, I live by myself. I am building it for future purpose. If and when someone does move in with me it is already there. It also gives me a second place at home (besides the porch) to smoke.

Got some color on the walls and the door stripped and primer sealed. There is going to be a second color below a chair rail height. The walls are tan and the windows are orange. Will post better pics when walls are completed.
