Romeo Habana Res Corona

So I buy a 5vr of these and figured I would give them a try. I tend to like Romeo's in general so I thought that would be the case with this stick. I snip the end and take a dry draw...I can taste the sweetness as soon as it is put to my lips...the draw has the perfect amount of air flowing through it. The wrapper is also beautiful and very smooth. I fire it up and immediately an overpowering sweetness...this stick tastes like maple syrup just sooo sweet. I can't hang with this one but I do. The flavor intensity (sweetness) does not change and if there are any other nuances in the tobacco I sure can't taste them. The cigar burns perfect all the way down like a champ. I am smoking with my brother in law and he like it. I guess I should have had pancakes for dinner and skipped the maple...I think this one is just not for me...I will give it another try with coffee in the morning.
