Default BEER Bread

my wife was going through her fall cook book and came across a recipe that she got from one of the old church ladys.

BEER BREAD

3 cups of self rising flour

3 heaping tbs of sugar

1 can or bottle (12oz) BEER warm

stir together and bake for 1 hour and 5 min at 325 deg.

if you want a high rise loaf sift you ingredients (dry ingredients)

if you want a dense loaf don't sift

it goes good with all of the fall and winter soup and stews you can think of..

enjoy...
