Default Herf-a-dor Replacement Clasp

Ok, so I have a 15 count herf-a-dor, as seen here:
CI

Does anyone know where one could go to get replacement clasps? The wife decided to knock it off the kitchen table and broke one of the clasps this morning.

I would imagine the company who makes them might send a free replacement if you contacted them. I could be wrong but I don't think the clasp should be so brittle if the whole darned thing is supposed to be crush proof.

I actually just called last week about a replacement latch for my 10 count. There was no charge for it, but Im still waiting... almost two weeks now.

Mine was a Cigar Caddy made by Otterbox, I contacted Otterbox directly.

That case might be made by cigar caddy.
if it is a current model made by Cigar Caddy, the clasp should come off by pushing upward on it. a new one will press fit back into place. if it does not come off, then it is not a Cigar Caddy. you should contact Cigar Caddy instead of Otterbox. Otterbox does not own Cigar Caddy, so you might get quicker resuls contacting Cigar Caddy.
