Default Triumph Thunderbird 2010- I gave in.......

My hubby (fondly referred to as K K Ken by Frank and Co) has had his eye on and been waiting for this bike to come out. (released in the UK in July)

He took one out for a test ride the other week and then we went out last Friday for a ride.

Well - I finally gave up my protests of "necessity" and gave him the nod to get one.
He is trading in his Bonneville for it which means he is going from 800 to 1600cc.

He is going to get the blue which is pretty nice.
Here is a pic of it.

Boy - does he owe me big time!!

Indeedy! Tell Ken that the next time I visit, I'm bringing a helmet and gloves. That's gonna be a trip riding that over the gravel to your house.

The guy at the bikeshop reckons it will be better because it is a belt drive. Mind you - a salesman will say anything.

Can you say "easy"?

We all know you let him buy it to save your bum from getting sore Michelle.

Very nice. I always looked at the Triumphs on the showroom floor and admired them but I never took one for a spin. That's a nice ride.
