I've been sessioning the new Summit Unchained #3, India-style Rye. If you like ales with some spicy hoppy bitterness to them (rather than the citrus of many IPA's), get a 6 pack of this. It is really an outstanding beer. Rich & creamy, brewed with rye malt and citra hops. Really excellent.

This sounds great. I am becoming a huge Rye fan. I will be on the lookout!

Went out with the wife for pizza for dinner. If you live in the Twin Cities, Punch pizza is the best. I love their basic margharita pizza. Had a Widmer Drop Top ale - meh.

Now drinking a Sam Adams Noble Pils. Much nice. This will be a real winner in the warmer summer weather.

I think I like the Red a little better but I will need to do more research.

If only. For some reason, BBC made this a spring seasonal, so it won't be around for the summer.

You're right. Drat. It says it's a seasonal right on the label. I just poured one and the bottle is right here.

Drinking a Summit Unchained #3 India-style Rye. I'm making it my personal mission to get all beer enthusiasts to try this beer. It's just great.
