Default christening cigar

hello

well at the end of the month 22nd it will be the christening of my first nephew. I will also be the godfather of this lovely little boy as well as. this is the first child from me and my brothers so I am very happy to be a uncle, and as so I am looking to supply a box of cigars for the event as will be a long a boozy one. Now I know what box of cigars I would like to supply but will be a bit of a stretch with everything else as well and not all might appreciate how good they are so might be a bit of a waste so can anyone suggest a good box for the occasion or even a place to get them from.

La Aurora Cameroons. Coronas should do nicely, since a lot of them will end up 1/5th smoked and out.

Maybe if we knew a bit more we could help. What box did you have in mind? What is your budget? What cigars do YOU like? Any of the others in your party cigar smokers? Have you looked over the thread here for online retailers?

cheers pnoon, the details are a bit hard as my ideal box would would be some cohiba siglo 4. but that is way above above my budget to be honest more like 250- 300 quid would be possible with all the other expense. Not many smokers as far as I know but there is the great unknown with my brothers inlaws.

If it is Cuban cigars you seek, soliciting discussing or naming vendors is not permitted by our rules.

Something smooth and lite like a Connecticut. The perdomo champagne would be my choice of box to bring.

I dont seek Cubans at all I am based in the UK so there is not much price difference between Cubans and non Cubans and most cigars are Cuban hence my suggestion but!!!!!!!!!(thought all this is in my location and intro post)

the cigar that got me into smoking cigars was a macundo cyrstal.

but the the dippy 3 and the psdn4 I had tonight were lovely

LOL!!

I love these in the Noella size... I generally keep a few to hand out to friends and such and they normally get smoked to a little fiery nub.

as to a box? I have never grabbed them in that quantity, but for as often as i light them up I really should.
