I'll be having a spinach, almond milk, mixed fruit and agave nectar smoothie for lunch. They're actually really good, even though they look like nuclear sludge turning into a dangerous creature of some sort.

Scott, I almost pee'd myself but I gotta tell ya, the kale salad sounds a lot better than that smoothie.

So it would probably be "wrong" to eat all of this lobster sitting here in front of the t.v. wouldn't it. Butter poached, then a little pan saute action with cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, butter, a touch of salt. Oh well gonna do it anyway, celebrating my own holiday "Don't have a mother day". Cheers! Damn you Ralph's for having such a good deal on lobster tails, 6.99 each.
