Xikar Service

I had grown a little pissed with my two Xikar cutters, they would stick and wouldn't cut worth a chit. I was too lazy to ever send them in and figured it would take forever.

Well, I packaged them both up and in 10 days I had 2 brand new cutters in hand.

I still want a Palio instead now that I have used both many times, but Xikar gets big kudos for the turn around time and for just replacing them no questions asked. Nice to see there is still good customer service out there.

I have both a Palio and a Xikar and I like them both -- they are both very good cutters and both offer excellent customer service.
