Best Cigars of 2013 - Combo List?

I seem to recall that in recent years someone did an accumulation list which ranked cigars based on some sort of weighted average of rankings from all sorts of other lists. Haven't seen anything like that this year - but I don't read any blogs or many other forums. Anyone know of one that's been done for 2013?

If not, maybe just a list of lists here in this thread? With links?
