Making homemade pizza.

Fresh dough topped with ground beef, tri-tip, sauteed onions, sauteed mushrooms, homemade roasted red peppers and lots of mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.

Marinated beef pieces, broccli, rice pilaf, esparaguas, and a bottle of the most disgusting Cabernet Sauvignons Ive had in a while. However, the Padron 3k made up for the wine.

Chicken Saltimbocca, fresh in my own casita.
Plus a side of pasta with olive oil & grated romano cheese, topped with raw tomato.

Dinner last night was baked pork chops (made up a batter from panko, flour, paprika, garlic, sugar, and oil) and twice-baked potatos.
