They are officially humidors.... except for 57 & 53.... 57 is waiting for the engraved lid to come back and 53 will be getting a glass lid. They're oiled up and looking good.... still some tweeking & sanding to do... but, it's all downhill from here... I love "Oil Day"...

The way you did these corners so that the grain continues to run is top notch, brother. That's doing it right. You got me thinking I may need to decommission my desktop and have it replaced.

Beautiful work, as usual! Since you asked, though; I like the tray, but I'd have the slats that are upper most running the long way so that most sticks that are stored there won't run parallel to the slats.

Or, just let the customer pick at the time of ordering. Some people might want the slats running the same direction as the cigars to allow them to be stacked more easily without rolling.

Ah, but sticks come in different RGs and the chances of the cigars lining up with the spaces between the slats such that they don't roll would be pretty slim. However, a choice would be ideal.
I do like the increased air flow between the tray and the main compartment, though!

Out of curiosity, have you considered building any Cabinet humidors? Or, maybe you already have built some?

Im not currently in the market for a cabinet, but I think if I bought another, I would take that next step.
