The Fusion that he makes for this little boutique line called Rocky Patel is pretty good.

I have a bunch of those didn't do it for me but only had one so considering the blender is definitely worth a revisit.

-I was thinking more the one's that may be great but are undervalued (ie CHEAP )

Yeah, I was just being a smart-ass. I think the Reposado and SCCC really fly under the radar. I think the buzz is picking up, though. The cbid winning bids on the Reposados have been going up lately.

Please scratch the Casa Fernandez. I can understand how it "seems" to be made by him, but it's not.

I plucked a RP Fusion out to try tonight and noticed that there is also the
Fusion MM does AJ do that as well?

Also I seem to recall reading AJ did the Sherpa for Gurkha but it's a distant memory, like so many are these days.

According to this site, he blended both. I haven't seen that claim anywhere else though.

CI special link thing

Nica Libre Flight Sampler
10 CIGARS (reg.$62.50)
$19.99

They don't come much cheaper than that. I have had one of these and at the time it didn't do it for me but I only had one so maybe I wasn't in the mood or got a bad one or something.

According to a CI/Cigar Bid Special AJ does blend the Fusion MM.

AJ ’Abdel’ Fernandez is the next big thing. It all began in Cuba, where AJ began working with Cuban cigar-making legend Don Alejandro Robaina learning everything there is to know about tobacco growing, fermentation, curing, blending, and cigar making. For nearly 20 years, AJ absorbed this information, and his growing list of super-premium blends were designed to show you how much he learned. Indeed, AJ is climbing the ranks among the world’s top cigar-makers, and this 5-Star Sampler was designed to get the two of you better acquainted.

The AJ Fernandez 5-Star Sampler includes:
1 - Gurkha Sherpa Toro (6" x 50)
1 - Man O’ War Robusto (5.5" x 50)
1 - Padilla Habano Torpedo (6.25" x 52)
1 - Rocky Patel Fusion Churchill (7" x 48)
1 - Rocky Patel Double Maduro Toro (6.5" x 52)

MSRP: $34.40
Category: SAMPLERS

This list helps. Thank you.
Did an AJ Fernandez zoom on cigarbid -- spent an evening bidding on his cigars.
The boxes arrived today -- La Herencia Cubana Oscuro Fuerte toro, Man O'War toro and Nica Libre torpedo.
Like the extra-thick design on La Herencia box. And the cigars' heft matches the boxes' muscle.
The Man O'War box arrived busted. When you un-snap the box, the top comes right off, leaving the hinges on the box bottom, but cigars seem fine.
