Default Cigar Etiquette

While I am with other cigar smokers frequently people ask to share someone's cutter, which is no problem. But, a peeve of mine is when I see a smoker place their cigar in their mouth to wet it before using someones or my cutter for their cigar. I know we are brothers but not that close of a brother, that's just gross not to mention unsanitary.

I agree, I would not have a problem with asking for it back. If they cant respect this, then they dont need my cutter!!!!

So I am guessing participating in a Puff-Puff-Pass is out of the question?

Of course, because it's always my own

Yeah not a fan of the wetting the cigar before cutting it. I see plenty of people do it.

But using a B&M cutter.......I wouldn't trust just anyones saliva. I see people doing the exact same thing all day long. I bring my own punch.

I don't forget my cutter (or lighter) often, but it has happened... Rushing from work or from the house trying to get to a herf and sometimes I forget to grab something. This is particularly a problem if I have to grab everytthing in the morning when I go to work for a herf in the afternoon. Yes, I am old...

Because I can, I lick the blade on my cutter and the outside of my lighter before I go to any herf.
