Fish tacos with homemade guac and homemade mango and peach salsa. 7 tacos later, they were great!

Gonna throw a nice venison tenderloin on the grill tonight. I may have to wash it down with a beer or three.

Zucchini with marinara sauce and some beer. Was going to do a burger at the BBQ I was at but they were gray. The only other selections were hot dogs and macaroni salad. I'm at a steady 194 after losing 50 pounds and want to keep it that way although the beer doesn't help. Hello elliptical machine tomorrow.

Made some chicken, shrimp, broccoli, snap peas, water chestnut, and sprout stir fry. I threw in a couple of eggs and some steamed rice, and had a nice little meal.

Watched Bobby Flay make a gourmet Grilled Quesadilla on the Grill the other day and thought I would give it a try.

1st Layer had Mozzerella, Cheddar, Monterrey Jack & a little Maytag Blue Cheese.

2nd Layer had more Mozzerella, Cheddar, Monterrey Jack, Pepper Jack, Filet Mignon & Barbecued Onions.

Put the three Layer Quesedilla on the Grill for 5 minutes a side and served with Salsa & Sour Cream. Had a little Dirty Rice and it made for a very good meal.

Wife and Mother-in-law loved it!!
