Nice, that's the best part. My wife hates the edges, so whenever she makes brownies, I get all of them.

I like edge brownies almost as much as thick, crispy bacon.

‘My Sisters Best Brownies’

½ # butter
¼ # unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
pinch of salt

~ Melt butter & chocolate together
~ In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar and vanilla together.
~ Add the chocolate & butter mixture, and mix together.
~ Next add the flour & salt & mix until combined.
~ Pour into an 8” or 9” square pan.
~ Bake at 325 degrees, until a toothpick comes out clean.
~ (Baking longer produces a more cake-like brownie.)

That's awesome, I'm definitely an 'edge' guy, corners are even better.

I saw on a cooking show somewhere another idea, use a muffin pan for the brownies. Might need a few more pans, but you get a brownie that's 100% edge!
