Good morning all, the coffee is on and it was another great Memorial Day weekend. Headed down early this past Saturday to Fenwick Island, DE with my brother-in-law Gary to pick up our wives that spent the past week there. Beautiful weather and a great time with family was had. On the way back Sunday, we spent the afternoon with my son Jeremy and his wife Christen who both are doing well. Yesterday, we had a very nice Memorial Day ceremony at West Point and then enjoy a late lunch at Ralph and Dave's new restaurant. Congrats to Jimmie Johnson for taking the checkered flag in Sunday night's Coca Cola 600 and thumbs up to the Yankees as well. Tomorrow is graduation day at West Point and the guest speaker is the President of the U.S. It's going to be a busy day for us all and congrats to the 1000 new Second Lieutenants. Have a great day everyone and enjoy........

Good morning all, the coffee is on as always and it's already Monday morning. I see that the Yankees didn't get the "W" we hoped for, hopefully they change things around tonight. Congrats to Jimmie Johnson for taking the checkered flag yesterday in the FedEx 400 down in Dover, DE. Lastly, we now know that NY Rangers will be taking on the LA Kings in the Stanley Cup starting this Wednesday evening. I hope everyone has a great week and enjoys........

Good morning all, the coffee has been on since 0420 and it looks like we have rain in the future. The Yankees lost again last night, hopefully they turn things around and put a few "W"s for a change. The weather guessers at NOAA are saying that we have some heavy rain startin' this afternoon and into Thursday:

Stay dry everyone and enjoy........

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's "Hump Day". I see that the Yankees lost another one, definitely time to turn it around and get some wins. This evening the NY Rangers will be taking on the LA Kings for the first of the best of 7 games to see who takes the Stanley Cup this year. Lets go Rangers! Anyway, I hope everyone has a good one and enjoys.......

I am hoping for a sweep in NY by the A's, but I will also settle for us taking the series.

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Friday! Congrats to the Yankees as they finally got a win after a run of losses. Lets hope they keep it up and get a bunch of "W"s for a change. We went to Butthead's Tobacco Emporium in Danbury, CT last night as a change and met up with Jose Blanco and his beautiful wife Emma along with owner Kevin Page, Barry Stein, Chris McCann and the rest of the crew. Jose was releasing his new line of cigars, Senorial Cigars. Very tasty and plenty of favor and creamy smoke. This weekend will be filled with plenty of sports from the 2nd game of the Stanley Cup finals to NASCAR in the Poconos and of course Yankees baseball. Hope everyone has a great one and enjoys.......

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's starting out as a wet Monday morning. A big congrats to Dale Earnhardt Jr. driving the #88 National Guard Chevrolet for taking the checkered flag in yesterday's Pocono 400 and for securing a position in the Chase for the championship. That was Dale's second win of the season as he also won the Daytona 500 this year. On another note, The NY Rangers are down 0 - 2 and have to win 4 of the next 5 games to win the Stanley Cup this year. Lastly, the NY Yankees weren't the best this weekend, they didn't get swept thank god. Anyway, I hope everyone has a good week and enjoys.......

Good morning all, the coffee is on as always and it's another wet and dreary day here in the Hudson Valley. Well, the Rangers lost again last night putting the Kings up 3 games to 0. Never give up I say as they came back on the Penguins after being down 3 games to 1. Also, the Yankees game was rained out so they'll be rescheduled for a later date. I hope everyone has a good one and enjoys a favorite or two or........

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's already "Hump Day". It was good to see the Yankees win one and now they are back to being tied for 2nd place with Baltimore. Let's hope they continue with a few more "W"s and a lot less "L"s. Enjoy the day everyone and smoke em' if you get the chance.......

Well, the Rangers pulled out a win last night and play again Friday evening in LA. The Yankees also won last night with Tanaka pitching the entire game. Today being Thursday, we'll be at Schlesinger's Cigar Bar / Hudson Valley Cigars this evening smoking primo stogies and seeing how everyone is doing. Hope everyone has a good one and enjoys it as well......

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's finally Friday! We had a good time last night at Schlesinger's, the place was packed with the usual suspects and a few new faces as well. It was good to see the Yankees win again last night as Jeter went 3 for 4 with a couple of RBIs as well. The NY Rangers are back on this evening and hopefully they keep the momentum going and win again this evening. The NASCAR racers are in Michigan this weekend which should be fast and furious as well. Hope everyone has a great weekend and enjoys........

Well it's morning earlier here (Afghanistan) than for you in the states. You East coasters are probably just getting up. What shall we smoke today? I'm thinking a Tatuaje Cojonu will work for this evening.

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Monday morning already. Had a great Father's Day, relaxed at the house enjoying BBQ, a few cold ones, NASCAR, and of course a couple of primo stogies. Congrats to Jimmie Johnson for taking the checkered flag yesterday in Michigan and also to the Spurs for being crowned the 2014 NBA Champions. Hope everyone has a great week and enjoys a few of your favorites throughout it.......

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's "Hump Day". Congrats to the Yankees on the win and for tightening up the AL East. I did have some misfortune yesterday, had a blow out coming home half-way over the mountain. Thanks to a good friend for pulling over and helping out, this morning I'm heading over to get a new one as I blew out the air valve and all. Anyway, have a good one everyone and enjoy..........
