It's like quitting a bad habit, the first few days/week will be tough.
You will either get over the hump or want to quit. Don't do the latter. You will love the results.

Good luck!

Complete program tomorrow.
Actually done as of last week but since splurged on vacation while into last week, added a week to it.

I picked up the extra not included DVD Core Speed to do as maintenance.
Will probably just repeat Beta and incorporate Core Speed into it.

Depending on budget and if wife doesn't lose job, may order Gamma and give that next level a try.

All in all, here are measurement results:
Chest +1"
Biceps +1/2"
Waist -2 3/4"
Hips -1/4"
Thighs +1/2"
Weight -7 1/4 lbs.

This was not a weight loss program for me as I had already lost most of the weight I had intended to with other programs such as Hip Hop Abs and by cycling. The added weight loss was unwelcome remaining belly flab.

I am very pleased with results and with how I feel overall.
I can see and feel the core difference specially in support of my messed up back.
Optimistic I can continue to put off surgery by maintaining and continuing to strengthen my core.

My advice? GO FOR IT! You will be glad you did.

Now to take after photos and request my Nailed It shirt.
