Anyone seen plug tobacco local?

I know this is the wrong section, but plug tobacco is made from cigar cuttings too Haha. Anyway just wondering if anyone has seen any plug compressed brick tobacco. I haven't seen any local at all. I don't even see Union man loose leaf.
