Default Pinar 3000

As I am not an EXPERT Cigar person, I need some help on a "Puros De Armando Ramos" Pinar P3000 Double Corona. Was handed two from a box that was quickly passed around. Did not get a chance to look at the box. Apparently Made with Pre embargo Cuba tobacco by Paul Magier in '96-'98. Does anyone know any more? Are they any good? TIA
