Default New to wine making!

I'm new to the wine making process and wanted to know who has experience making wine. I bought a winexpert kit because the guy who owns the homebrew store said that they always come out great compared to buying the juice which is hit or miss. i started out with an "easy" wine to make (Chianti) I only drink Port and Cabs but this was cheap and he said its a good wine to start with! I already bought a Port kit for the next batch and plan to move onto Cabs with the grape skins but Im just not there yet! So if anyone here is a seasoned vintner please stop in so I might be able to bounce questions around and hear different methods/ experiences!! Thank you!
