Production capacity of 1,100 barrels is REALLY small. I once went on a tour of the Coors brewery in Golden and one single fermenter was 1,400 barrels. It sounds like this brewery is roughly the same size of the Sam Adams boston brewery which is used primarily for R&D.

I wonder why they haven't considered contract brewing? A lot of craft brewers do it and it's basically like renting space in someone else's brewery. It's like instant expansion because there's no construction necessary.

Always good to hear about a craft brewer growing!
