Default Sweet and Tangy Kielbasa - appetizer

Very easy to make, and will disappear fast!

1 lb kielbasa, sliced into 1/2" chunks
1 bottle beer
1 cup sugar

Combine all in heavy saucepan and bring to boil -- continue at a low boil for about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sauce should be slightly thickened and the kielbasa should be turning dark.
Let cool to sub-molten lava temperature and serve warm in a small crock pot or in a dish on a hot plate. Toothpicks are probably the best implements of consumption.

Can be easily doubled - but after 2lbs of kielbasa, I only use 1/2 bottle and 1/2 c of sugar for each additional lb.

Warning: BE VERY CAREFUL when cooking this, it's rocket hot -- it's basically boiling sugar syrup, it will burn you badly if spilled.
