I'm usually a fan of Med to Full smokes but there are a few mild ones I like. Some of these might sound strange but they are good.

Here is a low budget way to try a couple of mild selections: (It takes 6-8 weeks to get them after ordering)

QDO Corona. Mild but flavorful. This has to be my favorite morning cigar with coffee.

Some that I enjoy that are by my taste mild-La Cuna Habano,Torano Exodus Gold,Hoyo De Traditon,Ashton Cabinet,Perdomo Lot 23 Maduro and Natural,Perdomo Habano are great too although they are probably more medium,A. Fuente Natural and Maduro....hmmm well those are all that I have tried that come to mind. I guess most can be considered more med-full.YOPMV.

If you like mild smokes with tons of flavor CCs are the only way to go, IMO.
El Rey Del Mundo Choix Supreme or Lunch Club
Punch Punch or Coronas
La Gloria Cubana Medaille D'Or #1, #3 or #4
Are all good places to start.

Lots of good suggestions here. A few that haven't been mentioned that I really love are: Sancho Panza natural (I like the box pressed Valiente), CAO CX2 and Brazilia box pressed (might be more medium, but very smooth and flavorful).

If I'm looking for a mild non-Cuban cigar, it would have to be a Cabaiguan (stay away from the Guapo and maduro lines, as they tend to be a bit punchier)

As for the forbidden island, it's QdO all the way. However, the younger they are, the stronger they smoke.
