Default Mini Boom

We have been batting around the term of mini boom for the past couple of years. Mostly to do with the emergence of the boutique cigar trend and the quality of tobacco recently. I have a few ideas and was wondering what others opinions were on the matter, two of which I stated above. Another that I was thinking about last night (yes I do occasionally drift off to sleep while thinking about cigars) was all the new smokers overseas, the troops that we and many others bomb the hell out of. Will that lend itself to a boom II or just more of what we are in right now? Also, while logging on to yahoo just now "Cuban Cigars" is sitting in the # 7 slot of popular search trends, I'm sure lending itself to the recent "increase" in cuban cigar sales from the findings out of the Habanos Cigar festival and a CNN report the followed. Is this a good thing or a bad thing for the impending regulations from the FDA, who knows?
