The only one that might spook me is a 2am phone call. Nothing good happens in a 2am phone call!

The caller ID one is easy to defeat if you're savvy enough. If the police or any other agency like that (IRS for example) wants to talk to you, they'll send a letter in the mail, or visit you in person.
