Default Weird smell from humidor

I bought new humidor a week ago from Holts. It came with four boveda 84% for seasoning. As the instruction, I've put these four bovedas on humidor for seasoning.

Today, I've checked my humidor and it has weird smell like rotten milk. I want to figure out what is the problem. It doesn't have a odor issue when I've received. Might be the boveda issue? I've already made the replacement since the first one came with the broken bottom seal. I don't want to waste anymore time for seasoning and replacement.

Check out Dave at CheapHumidors.com. Better quality products in my book than any of the cigar vendors.

Fill it with Acids, leave them there for a few months, then throw both the humidor and cigars away.

Vendor humidors are the cheapest they can find. You would be hard pressed to eliminate the smell from it. I think you should do yourself a favor get a Tupperware and some cedar strips while you wait on a quality humidor to arrive. As Tom said cheap humidors will take good care of and at a fair price.

If I was looking for a humidor I would take a long look at this:
Whynter CHC-120S Stainless Steel 250-Cigar Cooler, 1.2 Cubic Feet Humidor, Black

He hasn't been back since the day after he joined. Hopefully he took some advice here.

And if not, we have all learned a valuable lesson about smoking rotten milk
