Looks like Oregon is losing Chip Kelly to Tampa Bay... Bad for the Ducks and the state of Oregon and good for TB...

I hadn't heard this. Hope he can change things around in Tampa, everyone knows they need it. I wonder what Oregon will do, look from within, or scout around.

As of this morning it looks like it's not a done deal. He may stay in Oregon -- I am hoping and praying that he does!
