O, it was soooooo good, I actually went back for a second one knowing that I would probably never get another chance to have one.
Just remember, the slow smoking process melts the fat out so it's good for you. It's all protien after the fat melt.

Soo... We need to get bacon explosions back at shack (bacon wrapped in sausage wrapped in bacon, on a bun)... dont know if this is the right thread to bring that up in, but it made me think about it

Went to a "BaconFest" here near Albany NY a couple of months ago. Bacon in every form imaginable. Even bacon infused beer. Absolute heaven!
